The first General Meeting of the ECCC was held on Sunday 12th June 2pm Maldron Hotel Portlaois. There was a fairly good turnout with 10 members present, and apologies sent in from a number of absent members due to other commitments
Members present at the first Meting of the ECCC were John Graydon ,Paddy Kennedy,Paddy Croke ,Billy Kelly,Ray Conway,Robbie Mitchell,Anthony O Byrne,Joe Boylan,Gareth Hyland,Michael Burke
The meeting got straight down to business and elected in its new committee

I wont go through the whole meeting, but some of the items covered were club rules, show venues,dates and sponsors, Judges Panel and training. The meeting went well was very good natured, there was good bunch of lads present and all committed to forming an open minded and forward thinking club. This was a good start for the club with a good mixture of accomplished,experienced breeders and novices all eager to help one another and help get the club off the ground, the club can only go from strength to strength from this excellent beginning.
Allot of thanks need to go John Graydon for all his hard work prior to the meeting, without his efforts this club would not have gotten off the ground, well done John.
As already posted by John Graydon Our 1st Club Show will be held on the 3rd & 4th Dec 2011 in conjunction with Wicklow Cage Bird Society.

All Members will be posted out Show Schedule before show.
As suggested at the meeting the Awards can be sponsored by any individual or
company.
Any Paid up members that want a copy of the mins from the meeting can contact John Graydon or my self and we can pass them on
