    Organising A Meeting

    Im in the process of forming a meeting in the Kildare/Portarlington area. At the moment im acting as Temp secretary until one is elected at our meeting.
    Agenda will be:
    Forming a committee,
    Membership entry,
    Discussion on our first show & venue this year,
    Classes & Awards,
    Schedule ,
    Our Rules,
    Club Perks,
    Donations & Advertisements,
    Organising Transport to NICCA & CCBA Shows.
    A.O.B.
    Anyone interest will be very welcomed.
    Membership is open Now @ €10.00 per year Jan 1st to Dec 31st.
    Membership also taken on day.

    We are not up to CCBA standards yet Niall, so PO would be better. I hate Cash.

    John I would suggest a venue which is central to those who intend going to the meeting,one that is cheap or even free.
    Where do you think the majority are travelling from?
    Generally speaking a venue close to the main road networks is ideal as those travelling do not have to travel far from the main route they came and travel back.
    May I suggest somewhere near the M50 red cow Junction which is central to all national routes but still outside the city limits?

    Still looking for a hall South of Dublin. I have a few hall picked out around Naas & Portarlington, that I seen on the internet. Will have to get to have a look when im a bit better maybe in 2 weeks time.

    I asked John Carroll to organise it as I was leaving it to him. We have a few updates on the show, so will keep it for the meeting and post up after it. Everyone will be informed personally by me so nobody will miss anything. Will get on to him tomorrow.
