Hi everyone just saying hello! We recently had the pleasure of looking after my young lads class canary during the half term break and we were all taken with the little fella so much we've decided to get a few of our own. Havin looked at all the different breeds we've all decided that we like the look of coloureds the most and I must say that after havin a look round this site I think we have definately made the right choice some absolute beauty's and a real credit to their owners. Looking forward to picking up a few hints and tips along the way

    All the best

Welcome to the forum we hope you enjoy and do not be afraid to ask any question no matter how silly it might seem as all of us on here had to start at sometime,
It seems you have caught the bug and once you have decided on what variety you would like to keep,I'm sure you will not have a problem the average price in England for a pair of birds off of reliable breeders averages around £50--£60
There might be someone local to you on here to arrange a aviary visit or a local show as looking at pictures and seeing a bird in the flesh are two different things

Hello JR2006 and welcome to The Colour Canary Forum.
Noel is quite correct that seeing the birds in the flesh can put them in a totally different light usually better Laughing Laughing
I'm glad your injoying the site as that is our aim.
So any questions just ask no matter how silly they may seem, because if you don't ask you can't learn.
