Thanks a lot Pedro. Congratulations for your second champion in Worldchampionship in your country this year. I visited your internet address and I would like to express you again congratulations for your nice lipochrome yellow, red , white and agate canaries.

Concerning me, I breed lipochrome yellow canaries in Greece and my yellow canaries become from Gerry Mertens and Desire Noel blood line.

I hope to participate together in a future show in an European country.

    Hi David,

Thanks a lot for your comments. I have been breeding canaries for 42 years, so I follow carefully the rules of one successful canary management. For me, the secret of succesful breeding is contained into 3 key-words : Space (excellent bird room), Time (to engage correctly with this hobby) and Money (to buy qualitative birds).

    Hi Andyb,

It wants much time to describe to you how I manage my canaries. HERE IN GREECE there are 2 or 3 TRANSLATED books concerning THE MANAGEMENT OF the canary. IN YOUR COUNTRY there ARE MANY BOOKS TRANSLATED TO RELATED ISSUES. BUT YOU have to KNOW ONE THING. ANOTHER the THEORY AND another the PRACTICE. You have to try a lot TO achive good RESULTS.Patient and a lot of hard work !!!!

Looking at your youngsters I am correct in assuming that you colour feed them in the nest to get the colour you have on them Question Question Question Question Question

Hi my friend. I put the colouring substance in my yellow canaries 2 weeks before the birth of first egg and hold coloring the youngsters untill the bird show. This is my coloring method.

Be nice to see them over here too.
Club meeting on Wednesday, topic was Lipochromes.
The "main man" talked about Reds, Red and Yellow Ivory. "But we dont talk about Yellow birds." Nor are there any show classes. He doesnt talk about variegated birds much either although there are classes for them.
